Ringhel won MY-GATEWAY startup competition, the EU funded project which aims to boost entrepreneurship in Central and Eastern Europe. The event was part of of the Startup Europe Summit 2019, organized this year by the Romanian Presidency of the Council of the European Union as part of the Presidency programme in Cluj-Napoca, on 21st-22nd of March 2019.
For this competition there were selected 17 innovative seed-stage startups to come and pitch in front of top-notch jury members:

Vojtech Horna | Index Ventures
Bogdan Iordache | Gecad Ventures

Mihai Darzan, CEO Ringhel, presented his company plans and the platform GeFEE they have developed. GeFEE is the ERP and CRM software for power and gas markets, empowering companies to boost their business. As Mihai said, Ringhel has already convinced the Romanian market and 50% of active electricity suppliers and 20% of gas suppliers use GeFEE platform and in 2018 they expanded their business on Serbian market.
Ringhel’s objective is to enter other European countries and become one of the most outstanding for ERP & CRM in Europe and in USA for the power and gas markets. :) Funny coincidence, the day before the competition, Mihai had eaten a fortune cookie which foreseen that ‘tomorrow a new adventure begins’. Mihai knows that in his business is a lot to work but a drop of luck is always welcome.
The announcement of the pitching competition winner was chaired by the Mayor of Cluj-Napoca, Emil Boc, together with Maria-Manuela Catrina, Ministry of Communication and Information Society and Laura Mihaila, Head of Marketing at BCR.
